Our main missions are structured around three key areas:
- Leading an innovation strategy that is consistent with the Group's priorities, by defining and implementing a policy that is aligned with our development ambitions.
- Secondly, we aim to embed a culture of innovation at Egis by raising awareness and mobilising teams across all our sites. Currently, 70% of our revenue is generated internationally, and our innovation network is following this trend by relying on local contacts and a structured approach.
- We encourage intrapreneurship by identifying and supporting the most promising initiatives through our THE LAB incubation programme. This programme has already turned eight projects into concrete, high-impact solutions that create real value for our clients, partners, and the Group.
We are also committed to promoting our innovative projects and technical expertise while developing and scaling up new business models that support the ecological transition.
