Jayson Watt, CQM, CPII, CCSI Named Assistant Manager of Construction Services

Indianapolis, IN- Government consulting firm Beam, Longest and Neff (BLN) has promoted Jayson Watt to assistant manager of its Construction Services group. Watt most recently served as construction quality manager for BLN. Before joining the firm in 2020, he served as quality manager for both FA Wilhelm Construction and Pepper Construction. He has 24 years of experience in all aspects of construction, with a specific emphasis on quality control plans for capital projects ranging from water and wastewater infrastructure to transportation projects involving bridges, pavement rehabilitations, and more. He also has extensive experience in quality management of concrete construction for commercial buildings and parking structures. His new role was created to better manage BLN’s growth across Indiana in the construction services arena.

Cox, PE. He further noted that ensuring workplace safety through quality management is at the core of BLN’s service and success. “Jayson is a key contributor to our clients’ projects and this promotion recognizes that.”

Watt attended Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis and Ball State University, where he studied Natural Resources and Environmental Management. He is an executive board member of the American Concrete Institute Indiana Chapter, past president of Rebuilding Together Indianapolis, and a former board member of the Construction Managers Association of America. He is also a US Army Corps of Engineers certified construction quality manager, certified public infrastructure inspector by the American Public Works Association, and holds numerous certifications from the American Concrete Institute and Indiana Department of Transportation.
