Founded in 1945, BLN has built a tradition of engineering excellence that meets our clients' needs. Since then, we have remained at the forefront of the industry, expanding from a traditional civil engineering and surveying firm, to one that provides a full complement of engineering and consulting services.

In addition to customary services, BLN offers the unique components of environmental engineering and services, right-of-way engineering and services, and construction observation. By tailoring our services to address client needs, we are able to see projects through from conception to their successful completion.

BLN was honored by Bentley Systems, Inc. with the Be Inspired Award in Innovation in Roads in 2011. Our innovative approach to I-69 at State Road 61/56 project utilized software that ultimately saved millions when redesigning the interchange.
